This Starbucks is always a great stop clean, quick, and welcoming. The staff here really stand out, Mohan in particular is super attentive and has a friendly way. He suggested a small tweak to the drink I usually order, and honestly it turned out even better than my regular. It’s nice when staff take the time to suggest something that improves the experience. Will definitely be back here more often.

Out of all the Starbucks outlets in Pune, this one truly stands out for me! The moment you walk in, the calm and cozy atmosphere instantly makes you feel at ease .. an ideal spot whether you’re working, reading, or just relaxing with your favorite drink. What really makes this place shine is the amazing team. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and I’d love to give a special shout-out to Mohan. He went out of his way to help me discover a drink I absolutely loved and made the whole experience feel personal and warm. Honestly, such a delightful visit.. can’t wait to come back! 🌿☕✨
