I visited Starbucks Thrissur on the way to Ernakulam as i needed a good cafe to attend an important meeting. The ambiance and parking facility was really good. I had filter coffee and Chicken wrap which was tasty. The staff Ms Annbi was very professional, and cordial the way she interacted. Even the other staff(Sorry, name i can't remember) was a really good with his approach to customers. Wishing the best for both of them. I had a wonderful experience and will like to visit again. Suggestion: Better to keep the music in a medium to low volume.

I recently tried the Hazelnut Chocolate Pastry from Starbucks in Thrissur, Kerala — and I must say, it was hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever had in the city! Everything about it was just perfect. The portion size was ideal, and the balance of flavors was simply exquisite. The richness of the chocolate was beautifully complemented by a subtle layer of cream in between, followed by a continuous, delightful crunch from the cookie base underneath. The hazelnuts at the bottom added the perfect nutty finish to every bite. It was indulgent without being overwhelming — a true masterpiece! I even reached out to the central customer care team, who kindly provided the store’s contact details. I spoke with Ajay at the Thrissur outlet and expressed my heartfelt appreciation. Please pass on my sincere compliments to the entire team for introducing such an exceptional dessert. If you're in Thrissur and have a sweet tooth — this one’s an absolute must-try.
