Starbucks

As someone who works at Peninsula Corporate Park, stepping down for a coffee at Starbucks is always a warm and comforting experience, and the staff is ruthlessly dedicated to making it feel that way. Case in point: the attached picture of the free dessert I received as I walked in accompanying a colleague on a coffee run - the staff remembered my birthday and lined up to sing for me as I cut the cake. It's commendable how the people at Starbucks, PCP, understand that the best way to run a cafe at a corporate park is to provide customers with a homely/ intimate environment they can step into in the middle of a workday.

Had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks today. Pooja and Manju were incredibly warm and attentive — they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and remembered us from our previous visits. It’s this kind of genuine customer care and loyalty that makes such a difference. Really appreciate the effort and kindness, thank you both!
