I would like to share my wonderful experience with NIIU at Starbucks, Sahakar Nagar. She is incredibly sweet, pleasant, and consistently provides outstanding customer service. Every time I visit, she warmly asks if I am happy with my beverage, ensuring that my experience is nothing short of excellent. Her polite and attentive manner truly stands out — she makes every customer feel valued and cared for. I want to emphasize that NIIU never asked me to write this review; I felt compelled to do so because I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and kindness. She is by far one of the best employees I have ever met. Starbucks is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-focused team member. Thank you, NIIU, for making every visit special!
