One of the sweetest Starbucks store. The staff is really good. You guys are amazing.

I recently placed an order for three coffees and one hot chocolate from Starbucks Coffee, Sector 125, via Zomato. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, and here's why: Initially, there was a mix-up with our order. We received the wrong items, and shortly after, the Zomato delivery partner called to inform me about the mistake. I appreciated the prompt communication and told him that it was okay as we were already enjoying the drinks we received. To my surprise, within 15 minutes, I received a call from the main gate of my office. When I went out, I saw two Starbucks employees and the same Zomato delivery guy standing with two Starbucks bags. They had brought us our original order! Despite informing them that we were fine with the mix-up, the female employee from Starbucks insisted we take the correct order. She said, "Madam, aapne toh pure paise diye thee, it was a mistake on our end, toh we need to correct that." This gesture truly touched my heart. TATA is a gem of a brand (no doubt in that), but here I am genuinely proud of the Starbucks staff and the Zomato delivery guy who went above and beyond to ensure we got what we paid for. Kudos to Starbucks Sector 125 staff and the Zomato delivery partner for their dedication to excellent customer service. This experience has certainly made me a loyal customer!
