Starbucks

This was my first time ordering a Frappuccino at Starbucks, and I want to give a special shoutout to Zeenat. Since Frappuccinos are usually made with a lot of ice, I wasn’t enjoying my drink much as too much ice gives me brain freeze and takes away from the flavor. Even though I was already midway through my drink, I went to the counter just to confirm. To my surprise, they very kindly offered me a fresh new drink with less ice — and it turned out absolutely perfect! Not only did this make my experience so much better, but it also helped me understand how to order my drink the right way for the future. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the drinks but also for the amazing service. Big thumbs up to Starbucks, and especially to Zeenat for the honesty, warmth, and excellent customer service.
