I stopped by this Starbucks outlet at Lulu Mall last weekend and I'm still reminiscing about their signature Caramel Macchiato! As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I was excited to try their brew. Ambience: 4.5/5 - The outlet's sleek design and comfy seating made me feel right at home. The AC was blissful, a perfect escape from Lucknow's scorching heat. However, the glass partition near the seating area could be cleaner. Service: 4/5 - The staff was courteous, but our server seemed a bit distracted. Had to ask twice for sugar! The manager, though, was super helpful and apologized for the delay. Food/Drink: 4.5/5 - My Caramel Macchiato was spot-on! Rich, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. Friend's Cappuccino was a tad too bitter, but that's personal preference. Price: Ouch! Expensive, even for a Starbucks fan like me. Rs 250+ for a coffee is steep. Overall, this outlet's got the Starbucks magic, but room for improvement. Will definitely return for my caffeine fix!
