Good location Good staff good people and good coffee. The manager is very cooperative and professional.

My experience at Starbucks Mussoorie was nothing short of magical. I visited the store about a week ago, during morning hours when I (seemingly) was the first customer. The views were so expansive; since it was a relatively clear day, I was able to see the cloud-ridden valley below and sometimes, even the far mountains. I was not sure on what coffee to get, so I approached the person behind the counter. Her name was Ananya, and I've been to multiple Starbucks in multiple countries, but she was by far the most cheery employee I've met across my experiences. I wanted something chocolate-y, but not too sweet, so she patiently listened to my rambling and gently recommended the Java Chip Frappe along with a side of Chili Cheese Toast. And oh my god, was that drink and the food delish! This is what we as consumers require out of chains like yours. Not some over-the-top hubris, just a real, tangible human connection. A huge shout-out to Ananya for being such a good sport!
