Absolutely 5 stars! My recent Starbucks experience was truly heartwarming and exceptional. While the staff were non-verbal, their communication through gestures, smiles, and written notes was incredibly effective and touching. It was clear they put immense effort into ensuring every customer felt seen and valued. Their dedication shone through in every interaction. They were attentive, patient, and their eyes sparkled with genuine warmth. It was evident that their disability was not a barrier, but rather a testament to their incredible strength and dedication to customer service. The drinks were made perfectly, as always, but it was the atmosphere and the genuine love they radiated that made this Starbucks visit unforgettable. It's a beautiful reminder that communication goes beyond words, and that kindness and passion can transcend any perceived limitations. I left feeling uplifted and inspired.
